When I try to log on to FinPro Trading I get a message that says “Wrong Account Type or Username or Password”. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled FinPro. How do I fix this?
It is very possible that you are entering incorrect login and/or password information. Also make sure that your account type is set to demo if it is a demo account you are logging into or that it is set to live if it is a live account you are logging into.
